Our environmental plan is forward thinking and is continuously reassessed to make allowances for new and impending legislation. We adopt the 3R principle (reduce, reuse and recycle) throughout our business. Simple examples include:
- Fitting our route vehicles with route planners to reduce unnecessary mileage and harmful carbon emissions.
- Equipping our route operators with scanners to ensure efficient stocking of machines.
- Selecting equipment that is energy efficient and fitted with energy saving features including the use of LED's, sleep modes and even machines that learn your usage pattern.
- Re using boxes for storage and recycling cups, paper and other items wherever possible.
We have systems in place to ensure that we can monitor our usage and ensure we meet our recycling and re use targets.
